Goldson International Airport has become a International player with flights arriving from North America, Caribbean and throughout Central America as well as domestic connections around Belize.
Philip S.W. Goldson International Airport is home to Belize’s two regional airlines, Maya Island Air and Tropic Air. The airport has 8 parking spots with no jet bridges, a 1 story terminal provides limited facilities for the traveling public. A restaurant, snack bar, bank, money exchange as well as car rental and hotel information can be found in the terminal.
 Philip S.W. Goldson International Airport is planing on building a new more modern terminal and extending the runway to accommodate increasing traffic and luring airline from Europe. The airport expansion is due to be completed in 2015 to handle the more than 1/2 million and growing passenger that come to Belize.
